Central Scheduling
The Scheduling Department will schedule the following services:
- Ultrasound
- Nuclear Medicine
- Vascular Ultrasound
- CT Scan
- Invasive Special Procedures
- Fluoroscopy

When calling to schedule an appointment please have the following information available:
- Spelling of first and last name
- Date of birth
- Social security number
- Tests that are required
- Name of Physician ordering tests
- Diagnosis-reason for test
- Insurance information
- Insurance authorizations

At time of scheduling, your office will be notified if there is a special prep for the procedure.
Registration: Advise the patient to register at East El Paso Physicians Medical Center one hour before appointment. They enter EEPPMC through the main entrance and proceed to the inpatient/outpatient registration area.
What to expect: A Patient Accounts Representative will register the patient and will verify information. A copy of their identification card and insurance card will be obtained. The patient will then be taken to the appropriate testing area.
